It is therefore our duty to ensure they are afforded the highest quality training and resources available to ensure they are always in a position to handle even the most demanding situations.
Below you will find the guidelines for the training requirements established by AABC and Thermal Balance, Inc. Through the combined effort of our staff and the AABC, the quality of our work far exceeds the industry standard.
Yearly Requirements for AABC Certified Firms:
Participate/Attend:
-AABC Annual Meeting
-AABC Semi-Annual Meeting
-AABC Seminars/zone meetings
-Attend industry related seminars
-Participate on AABC, ASHRAE or other industry related committees
-Participate in the AABC quality assurance program
-Write TAB articles/technical papers
-Provide lunch and learn presentations
-Provide in-house training (minimum 2) to technicians and new hires

Participate/Attend :
–AABC Annual meeting
–AABC semi-annual meeting
-AABC Seminars/zone meetings
-Attend industry related seminars
-Participate on AABC, ASHRAE or other industry related communiteis
-Participate in the AABC quality assurance program
-Write TAB articles/technical papers
-Provide in-house training (minimum 2) to technicians and new hires

Participate/Attend :
-Attend 3-4 in-house industry related training presentations
-Provide in-house technical paper for review and discussion
